An sich hat zavvi ein sehr schönes Sortiment und auch sehr schöne Produkte, die ich liebend gern weiterempfehlen würde. Aber mehr als einen Monat auf seine Lieferung warten zu müssen, ohne weitere Erklärungen zu erhalten oder gar antworten vom Kundenservice ist echt enttäuschend! So lange das Problem mit den Lieferzeiten und der Kundenservice nicht besser wird, werde ich leider nicht mehr bei zavvi bestellen!
