After an unpleasant trip to The Springfield Googolplex Theater, Homer goes to a cowboy bar for some R & R. He meets Lurleen Lumpkin (Beverly D'Angelo), a country singer whose career he decides to manage. Marge becomes jealous and fears Lurleen is a threat to their marriage.
