Jay and Veeru a pair of professional crooks are in a fix, they have become the guardians of the money they have come to steal. With no option left they decide to become the true guardians of Raisaab's wealth. As they are not professional businessmen they use all their street-smart skill and cheating experiences from the past life to tackle the corporate world and educated cheaters. On the hand Jay and Veeru are featured in the crime serial 'India's most wanted' and now the police are after them. When John (the don of Mumbai City) learns about their whereabouts, he too lands in Goa to take revenge and now there is no way out for them.
