Al Pacino stars as Arthur Kirkland in a exceptionally worthy Oscar nominated performance. Arthur is an ethical Baltimore defence lawyer who is asked to defend a judge, of which he despises, in a rape trial. If he doesn’t do so the lawyer will disbar him. Now Arthur has to choose from the safekeeping of his profession and his integrity.
