If you’ve ever liked the look of glamping, the Coleman Cortes Octagon Tent is the tent for you. The octagonal shape allows six of the eight sides to open up completely, allowing light and air into the tent. The two remaining doors feature Coleman’s patented hinge door, making entering and exiting the tent quick and easy. The family tent provides plenty of room as the tent is one room. The mesh construction also means that condensation is not an issue, a distinct advantage when there are lots of bodies sharing the space The flexible flysheet can be pitched alone to provide a spacious shelter, or simply pitch the inner for a bug-free room.
The Coleman Cortes Octagon tent has the advantage of its trademark WeatherTec waterproof system, being able to hold ¾ of a metre column of water on its surface before any leaks will appear. The weather resistant fabric repels water and will protect you and your belongings. Leak-free flysheets seams are taped to prevent water from entering through needle holes. Coleman’s groundsheets are polyethylene (PE) that provides guaranteed water protection. The fire retardant natures of these fabrics ensure that the fabrics will not flare dangerously in the event of a fire. Fibreglass poles create a strong frame that cope well in wind and stormy conditions. With a Coleman tent you can be reassured that your camping experience will be a success whatever the weather.
