Other episodes reconstruct the events leading up to the Paddington rail collision in London, the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour and one of the world's worst industrial accidents in Bhopal, India. We also analyse the circumstances surrounding a tragic cable-car accident which saw 19 tourists fall 300 feet to their deaths and look into a tragic plane collision at 35,000 feet above Germany in 2002.
