And when Dr Vaseegaran upgrades Chitti's processor he becomes able to simulate human emotions and falls in love with the beautiful Sana - played by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Meanwhile, the bad guys are doing their best get control of Chitti, so Vaseegaran must fight to prevent his super-powered creation falling into the wrong hands
