So in a bid to get him off their hands for a while they send him to America as museum curator, David Langley has asked for an art scholar to talk about their latest purchase, the famous painting "Whristler's Mother". David offers for Bean to stay with him and his family at their home and Bean is happy to stay. But wherever bean is, chaos follows! Bean’s unintentional but incredibly dim-witted antics start to take toll on David’s personal life and could even end up ruining his career!
